I wrote a beautiful post about what it means to be a Canadian Printing Business. I littered it with magnetic tags and links between all of the company web properties that I built. POP-online (was) an industry leading blog for the retail POS production industry and a powerful satellite. It celebrated every retail POS project created by our company and beyond. Drawing in traffic from around the world.

I was very proud of it.

After I resigned from my position as Creative Director (8.5 years - same hourly rate), the owner simply turned the site off. Over 1500 love letters about the efforts of countless individuals there. Lost forever in time. 

Like someone tossing your one of a kind portfolio into a campfire.

No one who respects an Artist would ever do that.

The loss of that blog helped me to quickly move on and avoid similar situations.
