Vectorvault is many things. But at its core, it is a resource for digital artists and designers. Vectorvault was (and still remains) a passion project. One that is dedicated to vector-based graphics. So which came first? The Vector Artist, Advocate, Collection, Blog? Who knows – who cares. They all serve the same purpose: to elevate vector art and those who wield it.

Vectorvault has many dimensions to it:

The Vector Artist

The brand was established in 2005 by Adam Jarvis, Toronto-based Creative Director and Vector Artist.

Personal experimentation and exploration has led Vectorvault into new places. Over time, Vectorvault has evolved into a Digital Art Persona. Recognized by Canada Council for the Arts as an official Canadian Digital Visual Artist, work that is created under this handle always uses Vectorvault Vectors and contains no generative AI Art.

The Vector Designer

“In 1993 I purchased my first Mac and fell in love with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Together this duo allowed him to build a 30+ year career designing for some of the world’s most exciting brands. Along the way, I captured my learnings and began formulating them into more of a design philosophy.”

Adam Jarvis (aka. Vectorvault)

The Vectorvault Vector Toolbox

The byproduct of an active design career is a wealth of useful vector pieces that grew over time. From a personal collection to a publicly available catalogue. AI Art has often been inaccurately referred to as a “tool”. Tools don’t think. Vectorvault Vectors are tools by definition. They were created for artists and designers with genuine intelligence.

Advanced Photoshop Magazine recognized Vectorvault for its dedication to digital art early on. The rest of its reputation was earned – one vector artist at a time.

The Vector Art Blog

Vectorvault is a design resource for those who appreciate Vector Art. Whether you make it, use it or admire what is created by it – Vectorvault is a love letter to all things vector.

The Blockchain Certified Vector Art Collection

The Vectorvault NFT collection goes back to 2021. Each unique creation is blockchain certified. Explore this digital art catalogue for yourself:

The Design Philosophy

Over time, Vectorvault has established a formula for designing solutions swiftly. Those learnings are captured within the blog and into a book that is developing in tandem with this website.
